Benefits and Applications

1 % palladium on aluminum silicate (K-02192) catalyst is based on a special aluminum oxide silica carrier. The application achieves a high process efficiency in the anthraquinone process for the production of hydrogen peroxide. 1% palladium on aluminum silicate (K-02192) contains oxidic Pd for the direct activation of the precious metal in the process and the resulting high activity. The catalyst is available in different loadings. After use, the spent catalyst can be returned to Heraeus for recycling of the valuable precious metals.
