Benefits and Applications

The palladium, 0.5% on aluminum oxide (K-0299-05) catalyst is used for the production of high-purity gases by highly efficient oxygen removal from N2, H2 and noble gases. The catalyst is also used for all types of VOC oxidation, CO2 cleaning and high-purity gases as well as for various hydrogenation reactions. The palladium, 0.5% on aluminum oxide (K-0299-05) catalyst is available with various Pd concentrations from 0.1 - 0.5% by weight. After use, the palladium, 0.5% on aluminum oxide (K-0299-05) catalyst can be returned to Heraeus for recycling the valuable precious metals it contains.
